How all the courses work:
- Online Training: All courses are video-based and available 24/7. You can start and finish when it suits you
- The video course content is owned by VideoTile Learning Ltd and distributed under license
- Pay by Paypal or if you wish to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card, please select the 'Checkout as Guest' option when purchasing
- No time limit on when you need to complete the course by
- Each course has several modules. Each module has a video training part followed by a set of questions
We recommend that you:
- Proceed slowly through the video and study the content carefully as the questions are based on the content in these videos
- Replay the video content as often as you like before you answer the questions. You may find it helpful to also take notes.
- Review and change your answers before submitting them if you need to.
Once you submit your answer, you have up to three attempts to pass the module. If you don't pass, you will be locked on your third attempt and Worktrain can reset you. Please be aware there are a maximum of three resets available across all modules in the course. If you do get locked on a module, please wait to be reset before starting another module.
